Advertiser Terms

These terms apply to facilities that claim a listing or buy a paid plan, placement, or helpline sponsorship on Drug Rehabilitation Centers Near Me ("you") from Authoritative Content, LLC ("we", "us"). They add to our Terms of Service. By starting a plan, you agree to them.

Plans and What They Include

We offer a free Claimed listing and paid plans — currently Verified, Spotlight, and Premier — plus helpline sponsorships as an add-on. What each includes and its current price are shown on our Advertise With Us page and your plan page. Plans and placements are sold per website; buying on one of our sites doesn't include our other sites unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Eligibility and Standards

To advertise, you must meet our Advertising Policy, including that:

you hold a current license for the services you advertise, and any accreditation you claim;
the phone numbers and websites you give us are owned and answered by your facility — not a call center or referral service;
your listing, ads, and claims are accurate and lawful, including federal and state laws on patient brokering, kickbacks, and health care marketing;
you won't pay or accept anything of value for patient referrals through our sites.

Verified status requires us to confirm your license and details and is renewed every 12 months. We may decline or remove any advertiser, and meeting our standards isn't an endorsement.

Billing and Payment

Paid plans and sponsorships are billed monthly, in advance, through Square, starting on the day the plan begins.
With a card on file, Square charges it each month and emails a receipt. Without one, Square emails an invoice that is due when issued.
Invoice-billed plans start when the first invoice is paid. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where required.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next billing date. Agreed custom prices stay in place for their agreed term.

Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

Plans are month to month and renew automatically until canceled. There are no setup fees or long-term contracts unless agreed in writing.
You can cancel anytime from your Billing page or by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Fees already paid are not refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law or if we end your plan without cause (in which case we refund the unused part of the current month).
If a payment fails, your plan becomes past due and we'll ask you to update your payment method. If it isn't resolved, we may pause or end paid features.

Placements and Results

Paid placements are always labeled. Spotlight and helpline sponsorships are limited per area and assigned in the order agreements are completed.
We decide the design, position, and timing of placements, and may adjust them to improve our sites.
We don't guarantee any number of views, clicks, calls, admissions, or search rankings. Statistics we report are good-faith measurements and may differ from other systems.
Advertising never changes what we publish about other facilities, our editorial content, or where facilities appear in editorial rankings.

Helpline Sponsorships and Tracking Numbers

A helpline sponsorship shows your number — or a tracking number that forwards to it — in our "Get Help" areas for the state or city you sponsor, with the notice "Calls answered by" your facility. It never appears as the phone number of another facility on that facility's own page.
Calls must be answered by your own staff; you may not route them to a third party.
Tracking numbers belong to us. When a sponsorship ends, the number stops forwarding to you and may be reassigned.
We don't record calls. We share call counts, answer rates, and durations with you.

Your Content

You give us permission to display and adapt the names, logos, photos, descriptions, and other content you provide, on our sites and in materials that promote them, for as long as you're listed and for a reasonable time after. You confirm you have the rights to that content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may edit content for accuracy, clarity, and our standards.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your plan or listing immediately if you break these terms or our Advertising Policy, if your license lapses, if we receive credible complaints about your practices, or if continuing would expose us or our users to harm. Where we end a plan for these reasons, fees aren't refunded.

Liability

Our sites and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits, lost admissions, or indirect damages. You're responsible for your services and your marketing claims, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs of claims arising from them.

General

These terms, the Terms of Service, the Advertising Policy, and any written order or agreement with you are the entire agreement between us about advertising.
