Andrews Ave., Suite 209, Oakland Park, Florida, and operates Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Group therapy sessions are held Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The center works with local sober living houses and may offer housing options for clients coming from out of state or lacking housing. Admission involves confirming insurance, filling out intake forms, clearing prescribed medications, and paying a deposit by phone. Clients should bring a driver's license, insurance card, clothes, toiletries, and any personal recovery materials. Cell phones and vapes are permitted but cannot be used during group sessions. The clinical team includes psychiatrists, licensed clinicians, and certified addiction professionals. Dr. Linda Dolin serves as medical director, and Crystal Adkins is a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Wayne Brown acts as clinical supervisor and is trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy.
